Property Paralegal Opportunity in Leeds
We are currently recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded, Tier 1 ranked property team based in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing or property experience who is looking to develop their career within a busy and successful legal team. The work includes property due diligence, title checks, Land Registry searches and supporting solicitors on significant property transactions.

The role will involve:
- Managing your own caseload and supporting solicitors on property matters
- Reviewing titles and carrying out property due diligence
- Land Registry searches and post-completion work
- Liaising with clients and providing progress updates
- Supporting the wider team on larger transactions
