Description
Are you organised, detail-focused and keen to build your property law career in a nationally recognised social housing team?
You will support Legal Advisors on development acquisitions and asset management matters, managing pre and post-completion processes and due diligence. Join a collaborative development team delivering socially impactful work using innovative real estate technology.

- Manage transaction timelines
- Support due diligence and property enquiries
- Complete Land Registry submissions and searches
- Draft standard correspondence and file documents
- Assist on asset management matters
