Property Partner (Housing & Public Sector Estate)
📍 Bristol | Hybrid Working
💼 Permanent | Full-Time
We're recruiting for an experienced Property Partner to join a large public sector organisation's Asset Strategy team. This is a senior property role focused on managing a diverse operational estate and providing strategic property advice to service stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead property asset management initiatives across a substantial operational portfolio.
- Develop and implement Asset Management Plans aligned to service needs.
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, estate rationalisation projects, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maximise asset performance and deliver value.
- Support and manage Property Managers within the team.

Requirements:
- Professional property qualification (e.g. MRICS or equivalent).
- Significant experience managing property estates within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong background in asset management, landlord & tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals, and strategic estate planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of regional property markets.
