Location: Longlevens, Gloucester
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus commission

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Property Photographer & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity for someone who likes working at a fast pace, with excellent customer service skills, a passion for photography and videography, and a keen eye for detail.
The Role
From contemporary family homes to unique properties, you'll spend your days visiting clients' homes, capturing professional photography and video, creating virtual tours and floor plans, and gathering the information needed to write engaging property descriptions for our website, brochures and property portals. You'll play a key role in ensuring every property is presented to the high standard that Murdock & Wasley is known for.

Using Giraffe360, a DSLR camera and drone technology, you'll capture professional photography, create virtual tours and floor plans, gather the information needed to write engaging property descriptions and collect content that supports our social media team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every property is presented to the highest possible standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Photographing residential properties using Giraffe360 and DSLR equipment.
- Producing professional property videos and cinematic walkthroughs.
- Capturing aerial photography and videography using a drone.
- Creating virtual tours and floor plans.
- Editing photography to a consistently high standard.
- Writing engaging and accurate property descriptions for our website, brochures and property portals.
- Gathering photography and video content to support our social media team.
- Assisting with the design and production of property brochures and marketing materials.
- Working closely with our sales team to ensure every property is launched to the highest possible standard.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic and organised, with a genuine passion for photography and producing exceptional property marketing.
Essential Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A strong eye for photography, composition and detail.
- Confidence using a DSLR camera or similar professional photography equipment.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging content.
- A creative mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills
- Property photography or videography experience.
- Experience using photo and video editing software.
- Drone photography. A CAA drone licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Experience creating content for social media.
Previous estate agency experience is not essential, however would complement this role. If you're a talented photographer with a passion for creating outstanding visual content, we'd love to hear from you.
