We are looking for a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our team and strengthen the marketing service we offer. You will become part of a culture built around high standards, collaboration and continuous improvement, with the support and opportunity to develop your skills, build your experience and produce work you are proud of.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our sales and lettings teams, visiting customers in their homes and creating engaging marketing content that helps each property stand out and gives our customers the best possible opportunity to achieve a great result.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

  • Property photography for residential sales & lettings instructions
  • Creating accurate floor plans
  • Producing high-quality property videos and reels
  • Capturing drone photography and video footage (where applicable)
  • Editing and processing photography and video content
  • Uploading completed marketing assets within agreed service levels
  • Creating occasional social media and marketing content for our brands
  • Managing equipment and ensuring all work meets company standards
  • Delivering exceptional customer service when visiting our clients' homes

Essential

What We're Looking For

  • Practical photography experience and a strong portfolio that demonstrates composition, lighting and attention to detail.
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software
  • Experience creating video content
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers in their homes

  • Experience photographing residential property
  • Drone qualification and operational experience
  • Experience producing floor plans
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a photographer who cares about quality, takes pride in their work and understands the difference great presentation and great service make to a customer. You may be a recent photography graduate looking for the right opportunity to build your experience, or an established photographer who wants the stability and scope of a full-time role.

If you can combine strong photography skills with organisation, reliability and a genuine focus on the customer, we’d like to hear from you.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays on a rota basis
