Northpoint360

Northpoint360 is a growing company based out of Leeds, North England, working with some of the country’s leading lettings, estate agents and property developers. We produce high-quality marketing imagery for the sale and letting of properties, such as professional property photography, 360 Virtual Tours and detailed floor plans.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Photographer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential and properties across Yorkshire. Your photographs will be used in various marketing materials, online listings, and promotional campaigns to showcase the properties in the best possible light. You will also be required to measure and produce floorplans for properties, as well as produce video and drone imagery. Full training and equipment is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph multiple residential properties each day throughout Yorkshire.
  • Produce floorplans and drone footage (full training provided), as well as any additional services that we may begin to include in the future.
  • Collaborate with clients and customers to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Upload all imagery to our system for editing the same day.
  • Maintain and organise photography equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service while visiting the homes of sellers and meeting new clients every day.
  • Assist with social media and R&D during the quiet season.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a photographer (property photography experience is not required but preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your photography skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to interact professionally and courteously with clients.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a varying workload, with peak seasons in the summer and quieter periods in the winter.
