The Property Photographer/Drone Pilot contract role is responsible for capturing high-quality interior, exterior, and aerial imagery for residential and commercial properties. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes:

- Planning and conducting on-site photo and drone shoots
- Coordinating with estate agents and developers
- Ensuring compliance with UK drone regulations and safety procedures
- Editing and processing photos and video
- Producing consistent visual content for online listings, marketing materials, and virtual tours
The contractor will manage their schedule, maintain equipment, and deliver assets within agreed timelines. This is a remote role, with travel to property locations as required for on-site work.
Qualifications
- Strong property and architectural photography skills, including interior and exterior composition, lighting, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in drone piloting for commercial work, with practical knowledge of UK Civil Aviation Authority rules and safe flight operations.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar) to deliver polished, consistent visual content.
- Ability to create visual assets for online property marketing, including images for listings, social media, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours.
- Excellent communication and client service skills for working with agents, developers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills, including time management, file management, and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Reliable access to suitable camera and drone equipment, along with a valid CAA GVC certification and appropriate insurance for commercial drone operations.
- Capacity to work independently as a contractor, travel to sites when required, and adapt to varying property types and weather conditions.
