We're partnering with one of London's most prestigious property businesses to appoint an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a high-profile, mixed-use portfolio. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional property management and play a key role in shaping the performance, occupier experience and long-term value of some of London's most impressive real estate.

The Role:
- Lead the strategic and operational management of a prestigious mixed-use portfolio.
- Drive financial performance, service delivery and asset enhancement.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and occupiers.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with Asset Management.
- Champion operational excellence, sustainability and placemaking.

You:
- ✔️ Experienced in commercial or mixed-use property management.
- ✔️ Commercially astute, with strong service charge and financial expertise.
- ✔️ A confident leader and relationship builder.
- ✔️ MRICS preferred.
