Property & Portfolio Manager - Residential
Prime Central London
£40,000 – £50,000
Hybrid
Madison Berkeley is working with an established independent residential agency to recruit a Property & Portfolio Manager for its growing Central London team managing homes across some of Central London’s most established residential estates.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and seeing matters through from start to finish.
You’ll manage approximately 100 residential properties across Soho and Bloomsbury, working with a mix of private landlords and established London estate clients. With the properties concentrated in one patch, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your portfolio properly and build strong relationships on the ground.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you’ll take responsibility for the full management lifecycle, supported by colleagues across lettings, operations and finance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
