Property Professional / Asset Management Surveyor
Graduate | Newly Qualified | Experienced
Day and Bell Surveyors is seeking an ambitious property professional to join our Asset Management team during an exciting period of growth.
As an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, we offer broad, hands-on experience across Asset Management, Landlord & Tenant and Valuations. You’ll work directly with experienced surveyors, clients, and occupiers, gaining exposure to a varied property portfolio and developing your commercial understanding of property as an investment.

We may appoint at one of three levels:
- Graduate Surveyor / APC Pathway – c. £29,000
- Broad practical experience with support towards your RICS APC.
- Newly Qualified Surveyor – c. £43,500
- Manage properties and instructions, develop client relationships, and build your commercial judgement.
- Experienced Asset Manager – £47,000
- Take ownership of assets and client relationships while contributing to the growth of the team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious and keen to progress
- Commercially minded and interested in property
- Confident dealing with people
- Organised and willing to take responsibility
- Curious and keen to learn

The Details
- North London
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent
- Interviews during the first two weeks of September
