🚨 Property Project Coordinator | St Andrews (Hybrid) | 35k | 2 Year Fixed Term Contract 🚨

About The Opportunity
I'm supporting a fantastic client in St Andrews who is looking for a Property Project Coordinator to work directly alongside their Director of Facilities. This is a brand-new role within the team, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a diverse portfolio of property, estate, construction, refurbishment, and facilities management projects while receiving mentoring from an incredible, passionate leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of property, refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, and key project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions.
- Support project reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management information.
- Monitor project budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and assist with expenditure tracking.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Support governance, compliance, health & safety records, and procurement activities.
- Help establish new systems, processes, and reporting structures across the property portfolio.

✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience within Property, Construction, Estates, Facilities Management, or Project Support is essential.
- Previous administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
- A qualification in Property, Construction, Facilities Management, Project Management, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
