An exciting opportunity to join a growing property team

We’re working with an exciting and growing organisation that is looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a varied portfolio of property development and refurbishment projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially minded and involved from initial planning through to final handover. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across a growing network of locations, working closely with franchise partners, landlords, contractors, designers and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As Property Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept and planning through to construction, fit-out and completion.

You’ll oversee multiple projects across different locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and brand standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end property development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Creating and managing project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines
  • Coordinating contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and other external partners
  • Managing tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations
  • Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance
  • Identifying and resolving project issues, risks and programme delays
  • Monitoring project expenditure and identifying opportunities to control costs
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant health & safety, building and statutory requirements
  • Managing inspections, snagging, defects and final handovers
  • Providing clear project reporting, dashboards and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting franchise partners throughout the property development process
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed design and brand standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
