We offer a vast range of roles spanning the UK, all rooted in a culture that welcomes diversity, fosters talent, encourages internal movement and progression, and places safety as our number one priority.

About the Role

Our Wales & Short Sea Ports region covers three separate areas in East Anglia, North West & Scotland and South Wales & South West, within these regions we own a significant amount of undeveloped land. This land is ideal for new build industrial & logistics accommodation, industrial open storage and quasi retail/trade uses at certain roadside locations. ABP through significant CAPEX deployment is seeking to bring forward these sites for redevelopment to drive rental revenue and to increase its existing multi-million pound property portfolio.

  • Work closely with the Property Team on feasibility studies, option appraisal and business case development.
  • Provide delivery input on buildability, programme, risk and cost during early stages.
  • Support the Property Team in planning applications and statutory approvals.
  • Ensure approved schemes are translated effectively into deliverable project scopes.
  • Act as the primary interface between Property, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams during delivery.
  • Engage with tenants, developers and other stakeholders to support project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
