A new publicly owned body within the energy sector is looking for an experienced Property Projects Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital projects focused on security, resilience and critical infrastructure.
This is a high-profile opportunity working with senior stakeholders across Property, Physical Security, Resilience and Operations, alongside consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security, property and critical infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, risks, governance and delivery.
- Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support procurement, tendering, supplier selection and contract management.
- Ensure projects meet safety, security, quality, cost and programme requirements.
- Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders and governance boards.

About You:
- Significant experience delivering complex capital, construction, infrastructure or property projects.
- Proven experience in security-related or critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong project, commercial, risk and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with NEC, JCT or similar construction contracts advantageous.
- Experience within energy, utilities, public sector or regulated environments desirable.
- SC Cleared candidates preferred.

Job Details:
- Location: Wokingham – 2 days per week in the office
- Rate: £800 per day via Umbrella
- Contract: 12-month contract with likely extension
