About Maslow’s
Maslow's creates premium hospitality-led members' clubs and flexible workspaces where design, service and operational excellence combine to create exceptional member experiences. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property and Projects Manager to lead the delivery of projects whilst ensuring the ongoing operational performance of our buildings and maintaining the standards expected of the Maslow's brand.
Purpose of the Role
Acting as the client-side lead, the Property & Projects Manager translates operational requirements into clearly defined scopes of work, coordinates consultants and contractors, and ensures projects are delivered with minimal disruption to members and daily operations.
The role extends beyond project delivery and requires a strong understanding of operational building management. The successful candidate will proactively resolve issues across buildings, systems, technology, access control, equipment, suppliers and internal stakeholders, bringing together the appropriate teams to maintain operational continuity and uphold Maslow's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
- Own the operational performance of the property portfolio across all sites.
- Lead the resolution of complex operational issues affecting buildings, building services, access control systems, technology, equipment and member spaces.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to minimise disruption to business operations.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, consultants and service partners.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance.
- Maintain statutory compliance across the Houses.
- Monitor service performance through regular contractor reviews and KPI reporting.
- Maintain accurate property documentation including O&Ms, warranties, compliance records and asset information.
- Identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement.

Project & Development Management
- Lead client-side delivery of new developments, refurbishments, fit-outs and capital improvement projects.
- Translate operational and business requirements into detailed project scopes.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery.
- Manage budgets, programmes, risks, procurement and reporting.
- Deliver projects within live operational environments whilst minimising disruption to members and business operations.
- Chair project meetings and coordinate internal stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Manage commissioning, practical completion, snagging, defects and handover processes.
- Ensure all completed works comply with Maslow's operational, design and brand standards.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project delivery processes.
Operational Delivery & Business Support
- Act as the operational link between projects and day-to-day business activities.
- Resolve cross-functional issues spanning operations, facilities, membership, technology, finance and external suppliers.
- Prioritise multiple operational workstreams across our current three Houses.
- Coordinate responses to urgent building issues and business-critical operational challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruption to members, events and commercial activities.
- Support operational teams in implementing new processes, systems and building improvements.
Supplier & Contractor Management
- Manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, specialist suppliers and FM providers.
- Manage procurement processes including tendering, contractor evaluation and appointment.
- Negotiate scopes, programmes and commercial variations.
- Ensure contractors consistently deliver to Maslow's quality standards.
- Build long-term supplier relationships that support operational excellence.

Brand Standards & Member Experience
- Champion Maslow's design principles and operational standards across every project.
- Ensure all completed works align with brand guidelines and member expectations.
- Balance operational requirements with the premium member experience.
- Work closely with Membership, Operations and Design teams to maintain consistency across the portfolio.
Skills And Experience
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience delivering client-side commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Experience coordinating projects within occupied buildings.
- Excellent stakeholder management across operational and executive teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance operational priorities with long-term strategic objectives.
Desirable:
- Hospitality, premium workspace or members' club experience.
- Experience managing multiple operational sites.
- Understanding of building services and operational facilities management.
- Experience delivering projects within live hospitality environments.
Success after 12-months
- Successfully delivered annual CapEx programme.
- Established preferred contractor and supplier framework.
- Improved project governance and reporting processes.
- Reduced reactive operational issues through proactive planning.
- Maintained consistently high operational standards across all Houses.
- Developed a clear forward pipeline of capital projects and House improvements.
