We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Property Management team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Worthing office. Joining an established team you’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, managing your portfolio from maintenance and inspections through to compliance and tenancy matters. This is a full-time position paying an OTE up to £29,500.
Let's Talk About The Role
- Manage your property portfolio, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Keep properties legally compliant and safety standards on track
- Arrange and attend inspections and follow-up actions promptly
- Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally
- Manage tenancy notices accurately and within required timescales
- Prioritise competing issues and keep everyone informed

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in property environment would be advantageous
- Background delivering exceptional Customer Service with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing conversations and expectations
- The ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- An interest in property and a willingness to keep developing your knowledge
