Property Sales Assistant
Join our dynamic and friendly Property sales team. You will play an integral role in supporting our busy property sales team. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience, guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of their property journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills and communication skills.
Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the property sales team with the day-to-day communication with clients
- Coordinating property viewings and liaising with buyers, sellers, estate agents, and solicitors.
- Managing enquiries by telephone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
- Assisting with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and compliance procedures.
- Updating clients on the progress of their property sale or purchase.
- Ensuring files are kept organised and deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support to the wider conveyancing team as required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within property, estate agency, legal services, or a customer-focused office environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- A genuine interest in residential property and delivering exceptional client service.
