Our client, a highly respected boutique estate agency situated in the heart of Edinburgh, is looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their growing team.

With market share increasing, you'll be joining a team that is continuing to expand their presence in the Edinburgh market. You'll also be joining a highly respected and dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Providing expert advice on the local property market
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in Edinburgh or London
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
  • Good knowledge of the Edinburgh property market would be advantageous
