Role: Property Sales Consultant
What Will You Be Doing?
You will manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of estate agents, with a particular focus on those operating within the prime and central London markets.
- You will work closely with agents handling high-value properties, particularly within the £2m to £5m price bracket, supporting them in understanding how our auction proposition can complement their existing sales strategies.
- Through regular communication, MS Teams, Zoom, phone, and face-to-face where appropriate, you will build strong working relationships and maintain high levels of engagement across your portfolio.
- You will guide agents on how to identify suitable opportunities for auction within the upper quartile of the market, helping them confidently introduce the proposition to vendors.
- You will support conversations with vendors, demonstrating a clear understanding of the expectations, sensitivities, and considerations involved in selling premium property in the London prime market.
- You will proactively build your network within the prime market, connecting with new contacts and introducing iamproperty’s offering in a credible and informed way.
- You will work with agents to utilise our marketing tools and resources to effectively position and promote high-value properties to the right audience.
What Are We Looking For?

You will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the property sector, with direct exposure to the London prime market being essential.
- You will have experience dealing with properties in the £2m to £5m price bracket, with a clear understanding of the buyer and vendor expectations that come with this level of stock.
- You will have a strong understanding of how the upper quartile market operates, including the nuances of working with agents and clients in prime and central London.
- You will be confident communicating with both agents and vendors, with the ability to build credibility quickly in conversations around premium property.
- You will be target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
