Looking for a career where your sales skills actually matter — and get rewarded properly?
Welcome to Yieldit – a fast-growing estate agency with a unique edge. We don’t do things the old-fashioned high street way. We’re specialists in Buy-to-Let investment property, helping sellers maximise returns, and buyers start collecting rental income from day one.
As we expand, we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're great with people, love to close deals, and want to work somewhere that values sales talent, keep reading.
What makes Yieldit different?
We don’t sell empty homes – we sell investment properties that are already tenanted. That means:
- No void periods
- Income from day one
- Repeat buyers who trust us
- A strong focus on quality service and smart negotiation, not just order-taking

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
