Tired of the status quo? No direction, no career progression and have a desire to be part of something bigger and better?

Great to finally meet you.

We’re TAUK - the home of Personal Estate Agency.

TAUK is a nationwide movement that’s on a mission to set the standard for what moving home should be: personal, trusted, and handled properly.

You’re here because something in your career doesn’t feel right. Maybe you’re hitting every target but still feeling underpaid and undervalued. Or maybe you’re just tired of the politics and the short-term thinking, with no clear direction in your career progression.

Sound relevant? Then read on..

Who are TAUK?

TAUK is a nationwide network of estate agents, the go-to for selling homes properly. We have a strong ambition to have a TAUK Personal Agent in every town and village across the UK.

Our mission? Is to deliver a personal, premium service to every client who is moving home - whether that be a buyer, or a homeowner.

But TAUK isn’t just any standard estate agent - it's much bigger than that.

We’re a movement, a group of galvanised individuals who all share the same vision, values, morals and ambitions.

At TAUK, every client works with one hyper-local, personal estate agent. Their personal estate agent lives and operates in their area. They work with a small handful of clients at any one given time, ensuring that full time and attention can be dedicated to those clients.

In June 2026, we were ranked in the Sunday Times’ Top 100 list of fastest growing businesses in the UK - no small achievement for an estate agency business.

At TAUK, we know our craft, we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to clients - and we’re unapologetically confident to shout it from the rooftop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
