Mulberry Park, Bath | Site-based
Permanent | Part Time | 22.5 hours per week (3 days, including weekends)
Your Sales Skills. Our Developments. Homes Delivered.
Buying a new home is one of the biggest decisions people make. With the right support, a nervous first visit becomes a reservation. And the long wait for completion becomes something to look forward to. That’s the difference you’ll make here. As our Sales Negotiator, you’ll join the Curo Enterprise sales team at one of our award-winning developments. You’ll guide customers from their first enquiry right through to moving in and beyond.
This is a part-time role, three days a week, so you get the reward of new homes sales without a full week on site. Weekends are part of the pattern, as our developments open seven days a week and your days will depend on the development. You’ll be based at Mulberry Park in Bath, with cover for our Keynsham and Frome developments when needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to every enquiry promptly, booking viewings and turning interest into reservations
- Guiding customers from reservation to exchange and completion, with a weekly update on the build of their new home
- Supporting customers after they’ve moved in, handling any queries with care
- Keeping the show homes, marketing suite and stock plots welcoming and well presented
- Making sure the information we give customers is accurate, clear and fair
- Keeping sales records accurate in our sales system (COINS) and sharing local market insight with the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
