Sales Valuer – Leeds – Up to £40,000 basic DOE + Car allowance + OTE £60k
A highly established Yorkshire based Estate Agency Group with multiple local branches, is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to value and list stunning properties in their Leeds office.
If you are currently working as a Sales Valuer and ready to step up and earn more commissions, then this is the role for you!

What you will be doing
- You will play a pivotal role in valuing and listing, premium properties across Leeds and West Yorkshire
- Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments
- Carry out the full valuation and listing process
- Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
- To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market

What you will have
- Experienced Property Sales Valuer
- Ability to communicate with all types of clients and meet their high expectations
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Currently working in the Leeds property market
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
