Role Description
The Property Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Milton, responsible for supporting the effective management and upkeep of residential developments. Day-to-day activities include:

- Coordinating routine property inspections
- Responding to resident queries and service requests
- Liaising with contractors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to agreed standards and timescales
- Monitoring health and safety compliance on-site, reporting issues, and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions
- Supporting administrative tasks such as updating property records, preparing service reports, and contributing to continuous improvements in resident experience and building standards

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or a related housing or estate services environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in residential properties, including basic risk awareness and adherence to compliance procedures.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines on-site.
- Proficiency with basic IT tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, property management or CRM systems) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment in day-to-day decisions, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach to inspecting properties and overseeing maintenance work.
- Relevant vocational or professional qualifications in property or facilities management are beneficial; prior experience in residential developments or retirement housing is an advantage.
