Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team, working from our offices in Stockport. Creative Support’s Property Services Department is a busy and supportive team with a positive working culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.
The Property Services Administrator will have a varied role and contribute actively to the work of the wider Property Services Department, working closely with the Compliance Manager. Responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works
- Tracking jobs raised through departmental helpdesks
- Following up on actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments
- Ordering surveys
- Organising access to properties
- Maintaining accurate records and property databases
- Supporting the coordination of contractors
- Responding to internal and external enquiries
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Department

This role would suit someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is keen to learn and contribute to a busy office environment. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service. This will be predominantly between 9am and 5pm but may vary depending on the needs of the department.
