🏡 Property Services Advisor – Telephone Sales
📍 Wokingham | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

At Lifetime Legal, every conversation matters. Our customers are buying or selling a home — one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make. As a Property Services Advisor, you’ll help customers understand the legal protection and support available to them, confidently recommending the services that are right for their circumstances.
We’re looking for experienced telephone sales professionals who love speaking to customers, thrive on achieving targets and know how to close a sale professionally and ethically.
If you naturally build rapport, handle objections confidently and see every conversation as an opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers at different stages of their home-moving journey.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building rapport quickly and creating a positive customer experience
- Understanding customer needs through effective questioning and listening
- Clearly explaining Lifetime Legal’s products and services
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Asking for and closing the sale using an ethical, customer-first approach
- Identifying relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM
- Delivering excellent service throughout every interaction
- Working towards individual sales, conversion and productivity targets

The experience we’re looking for:
- At least one year’s experience in a telephone sales environment
- Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Good organisation and attention to detail
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in telephone or contact centre sales, insurance, utilities, financial services, estate agency, property services, conveyancing, membership sales or B2C/B2B telephone sales.
What you’ll receive
Alongside a £27,000 basic salary and the opportunity to earn up to £12,000 commission, we invest in our people through structured training, regular coaching and ongoing development.

For your first four months, the role will be office-based in Wokingham while you complete your training and probation.

This is a target-driven sales role with a £27,000 basic salary and realistic earnings of around £39,000 OTE for someone achieving their commission opportunity.
If you enjoy speaking to customers, thrive on achieving results and are motivated by the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission, we’d love to hear from you.
