Join us as a Property Services Business Analyst, Systems & Data

Build your profile and broaden your network through exposure to Property Services, pan-bank stakeholders and third-party suppliers, gaining valuable insight into our supplier landscape and wider property agenda

Help define and deliver Property Services solutions, leveraging data, systems integration, AI and automation to unlock new opportunities

You'll be working in a dynamic and collaborative team and helping us to shape the future of our business

What you'll do

In your new role, you will lead the discovery and analysis of opportunities to leverage AI, automation and digital technologies to improve business performance and customer outcomes. In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You'll Also

  • Support the implementation of data governance principles, ensuring information is managed, used and protected in line with organisational policies and regulatory expectations
  • Establish and track business requirements to future state design
  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing

The skills you'll need

You'll need to hold or be working towards an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP. Additionally, you'll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.

You'll Also Need

  • Experience of identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency and decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business, systems and data requirements into practical and scalable solutions
  • Experience of applying data management governance frameworks and data quality controls, including DMOP, BCBS239, DMDH and DRS
  • Experience of data platforms, systems integration and reporting technologies, including SQL, SSRS, AWS, Power BI, APIs and AI prompt engineering
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
  • A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function with Strong stakeholder management skills
