Role Description
We are currently looking to hire a Property Solicitor (2–4 years’ PQE) to join our well-established property team based in London.
This role offers a broad and engaging workload, with an approximate 70:30 split between Commercial Property and Residential Property, providing the ideal platform for a solicitor looking to develop a rounded property practice within a supportive, high-quality team.
You will work closely with partners while managing your own matters, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of property transactions. The role will include:

- Handling a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, licences, and general asset management work
- Conducting residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, and associated documentation
- Undertaking title reviews, due diligence, and reporting to clients
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
We are keen to speak with solicitors who can demonstrate:
- 2–4 years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
- Solid experience in commercial property, together with exposure to residential conveyancing
- Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial approach
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- The ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and motivated attitude with a desire to develop long-term within a property team
