Role: Property Solicitor
Location: London
Proper Recruitment are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor with experience across residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside bridging finance and secured lending matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Review titles, searches, contracts and prepare reports
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Draft and review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees and security documentation
- Review titles and advise lenders on property and lending risks
- Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks
- Maintain accurate case records and meet completion deadlines

Requirements:
- NQ-4+ Years PQE
- Strong Residential & Commercial Conveyancing experience
- Experience within Bridging Finance and Secured Lending
- Confident managing multiple transactions and working to deadlines
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good understanding of AML, compliance and regulatory requirements
