Property Sourcer – Leeds
Summit Select is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Leeds-based property agency. Having launched their property sourcing arm last year, the business has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to add a Property Sourcer to the team.
The Role
As Property Sourcer, you'll identify and secure investment properties on behalf of clients, building relationships with vendors, agents, and landlords across Yorkshire. You'll be hands-on in a fast-paced environment with real scope to grow the role as the business grows.

What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing off-market and on-market residential investment opportunities across Leeds, York, Harrogate, and the wider Yorkshire area
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, landlords, and property professionals
- Assessing deals for viability, yield, and investor fit
- Negotiating on behalf of clients and managing deals through to completion
- Keeping on top of local market trends and pricing
What we're looking for:
- Experience in property sourcing, sales, lettings, or a related property role
- Strong local knowledge of the Leeds and Yorkshire property market
- Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and negotiating
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Driving licence and own transport preferred
