About the Company

Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Ipswich. They are seeking an experienced Valuer with a deep understanding of the local market to join our successful team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our continued success by delivering accurate property valuations and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct residential property valuations across Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
  • Secure new sales instructions and maximise conversion opportunities from valuations to listings.
  • Provide expert advice to vendors regarding pricing and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline and assist with negotiations as required.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed of local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service consistently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' current experience as a Valuer within an estate agency.
  • Proven track record in the residential property market.
  • Excellent local knowledge of Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly confident on the telephone and comfortable building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment and react quickly to opportunities.
  • Committed to providing the highest levels of service and professionalism.
