Property Supervisor Wanted
Warner Hotels are recruiting for a Property Supervisor at The Runnymede Hotel.
The Property Supervisor supports the smooth running of hotel maintenance, ensuring safe, functional, and well-presented buildings, systems, and facilities. As Property Supervisor, you'll report to an onsite Property Manager and working with your team to lead both planned and reactive maintenance works as needed across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Room Maintenance & Rapid Response: Coordinating daily work orders for guest rooms, ensuring the team resolves these issues quickly so rooms are not placed "out of order," which directly impacts hotel revenue.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) Programs: Scheduling routine checks on high-traffic areas, commercial kitchen equipment, pools, and guest rooms.
- Room Turnovers & Deep Cleans: Partnering closely with the Housekeeping Department to handle scheduled deep cleans, painting touch-ups, and structural repairs without disruption.
- Capital Critical Systems: Manages the daily operation of heavy-duty building systems, including industrial HVAC chillers, commercial boilers, fire suppression systems.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversees external specialists for regulated inspections (elevators, fire alarms) and major hotel renovations, ensuring work is completed with minimal noise and disruption to guests.
- Statutory Compliance & Legal Checks: Ensures the hotel strictly adheres to UK safety legislation. This includes organizing and documenting regular Legionella testing (L8 compliance), PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing) for guest room electronics, fixed wire testing, and routine fire alarm and emergency lighting checks.
