Property Surveyor

Current role available for an Interim Property Surveyor working for a social housing provider in Burton Upon Trent.

Duties will include,

  • Working on delivery of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements.
  • Ensuring works have been completed to specification standards.
  • Monitor H&S on site.
  • Carry out condition surveys across the portfolio and identify key works to be carried out.
