Property Team Administrator (Temporary Contract)
📍 South Kensington / Notting Hill, London
💷 £200–£250 per day
⏰ Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Property Team Administrator to join a busy and highly regarded residential property business based in South Kensington/Notting Hill on a temporary basis.
This is a varied role that will support the wider property team across administration, sales and lettings progression, and negotiator support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working within a fast-paced property environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
- Managing property listings and ensuring portals are kept up to date
- Assisting with offer progression and transaction management
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, solicitors, and agents
- Coordinating viewings and supporting negotiators with day-to-day activities
- Preparing property documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring compliance and ensuring files are up to date
- Handling general office administration and client enquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience within residential property is essential
- Experience as a Property Administrator, Lettings Administrator, Sales Progressor, Negotiator, or similar property-based role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property CRM systems
