PROPERTY TEAM LEADER - KEY CLIENTS TEAM

Role Overview
You will lead a high-performing property team within our Key Clients division, ensuring a consistent, elevated service experience across a portfolio of premium residential developments. Home based, you will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, partnering closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver outcomes that protect asset value and delight residents.
You will champion a people-first culture, coach and develop your team, and embed best-in-class processes that drive quality, compliance and efficiency. Occasional site and office attendance will keep you close to the buildings, customers and colleagues who rely on your expertise and guidance.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the day-to-day anchor for your team, coordinating workflows, guiding decision-making and ensuring every commitment to key clients is met or exceeded. You will translate client goals into clear plans, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and remove obstacles so your team can deliver brilliant service.

- Portfolios operate to plan, with accurate budgets, clean audits, timely reporting and risks managed early.
- Issues are anticipated and resolved quickly; residents and stakeholders are kept informed throughout.
- Continuous improvement is evident through streamlined processes, smart use of technology and lessons learned.
- Strong relationships are built with internal specialists and suppliers, ensuring consistent standards and value.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Leading and supporting property managers to deliver against client SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing budgets, service charges, contracts and performance reports, and ensuring timely, accurate submissions.
- Meeting with key clients to review objectives, progress and risk, and translating actions into clear delivery plans.
- Coaching team members through complex cases, resident communications and stakeholder escalations.
- Visiting sites periodically to audit standards, meet on-site teams and verify compliance and health and safety.
- Driving operational improvements, from workflow optimisation to data quality and supplier performance.

Experience That Helps
- Leading a team in residential property management or a related customer-centric, regulated environment.
- Managing key client relationships, SLAs and performance frameworks.
- Overseeing budgets, service charge accounts, supplier contracts and compliance audits.
- Implementing process improvements and using property or workflow management systems to drive efficiency.
- Handling complex resident or stakeholder issues with empathy and professionalism.
