We're Hiring! ⭐️📈 - PROPERTY VALUER
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our award-winning team, for a Property Valuer based at our Lancaster Office.
If you’re an experienced estate agent who loves winning instructions, building relationships and getting the best results for clients, we’d love to hear from you. If you're looking at getting into the industry and have a background in sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you too!
The role
- 🏠 Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations.
- ⭐️ Clearly communicating why clients should use us to sell their property.
- 🏆 Winning new instructions and helping the business continue to grow.
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
- 📈 Providing expert advice on the local property market.
- 👫 Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who:
- 💡 Ideally has experience within residential estate agency or sales.
- 🎖️ Has a proven track record in customer service.
- 🧭 Knows Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth and the surrounding areas.
- ❤️ Is confident, driven and motivated to build a career within this industry.
- ☎️ Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- 🚙 Holds a full UK driving license with use of own car.

What’s on offer?
£32,000–£35,000 OTE, depending on experience and performance.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your career within an established and growing independent estate agency, with a supportive team and a strong local reputation.
