Property Valuer (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Please note that you will need to have your own transport for this role

Location: Stirling (Hybrid Working)

Salary: 49,336 - 57,286 per annum (depending on experience and company salary banding)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

We are looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in our Stirling office, this role involves carrying out property valuations across Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire, with most valuations undertaken on-site.

About You

  • Proven experience in property valuation.
  • Strong knowledge of valuation methods and property markets.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
