Property Valuer
Location: Mumbles, Swansea, SA3
Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Every other Saturday: 9am to 1:30pm (with a half day off in lieu)
Salary: Up To £30,000 basic salary with realistic On Target Earnings £35,000 – £40,000
A successful and respected estate agency based in the Mumbles, Swansea, are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Valuer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive environment in one of South Wales’ most desirable locations.

The Role
As a Property Valuer, you will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, and helping vendors achieve the best possible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- Generate new instructions and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and local market conditions
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful property transactions

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in estate agency, ideally within a valuing or senior sales role
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and motivated to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
