Proposal & Business Development Coordinator - London 4/1 - Up to £40k
Six decades at the top of hospitality design does not happen by accident. This is a practice that has shaped some of the most recognisable hotels and resorts in the world, and it has held its place as the industry's leading hospitality design firm for over twenty years running. The London studio is its European hub, big enough to be trusted with landmark international work, small enough that you will know everyone by name and your contribution will be seen by the people who run it.
The culture is collaborative and genuinely international. Ideas move between studios across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and the business support team sits alongside the designers rather than tucked away behind them. You get the reach and pace of a global practice with the feel of a London studio: proper design conversation, generous colleagues, and projects you will recognise when they open. For the right person this is a place to build a long career rather than pass through.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Role
This is a role for someone who is good with contracts and good with deadlines. Two halves: keeping the practice's contractual paperwork clean and in order, and running the submissions that win the studio its next projects.
Contracts
- Draft, review and support the negotiation of client contracts, consultant agreements, subcontracts and vendor agreements
- Check contracts against legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements before sign-off
- Process amendments, extensions and terminations
- Run a central contract repository and track key dates: renewals, deliverables, expiries
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, subcontractors and vendors on contractual matters
Bids and proposals
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals and tender responses
- Work with the London leadership team and project teams to pull together bid content
- Check submissions against client requirements and industry standards
- Prepare and manage client prequalification packs: company information, certifications, financial records, compliance documents
- Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content and pursuit records
- Manage submission logistics, electronic delivery through to print and packaging
