Role Summary
Manages the development, coordination, and submission of global proposals (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric responses in competitive business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager for complex, multi-practice, and multi-jurisdictional proposals, from intake to delivery and defense.
- Convene and lead teams of subject matter experts, commercial staff, legal, finance, and leadership to meet proposal requirements and deadlines.
- Write, review, and edit pitch documents and responses, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasive storytelling.
- Maintain proposal schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee version control and documentation across global teams.
- Ensure rigorous quality control, branding, and alignment with client specifications and organizational best practices.
- Support ongoing improvement in proposal practices, including knowledge and template management, post-mortem reviews, and sharing of best practices.
- Liaise with client contacts for clarification, submission requirements, and bid defense sessions; facilitate effective negotiation handoffs.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably with a multinational organization.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and leadership skills; fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Proven project management experience in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments.
- Experience with CRM, document management, and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, MS Dynamics).
