Proposal Manager (f/m/d) - Germany, UK, Serbia, or SA

About the Role
This role supports the successful development of proposals and contracts that enable clinical trial projects to move forward efficiently and compliantly. You will work closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure proposals, budgets, and contracts are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
As a Proposal Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Acting as primary contact for proposals and managing related communication and documentation.
- Proposal preparation and controlling the proposal processes for potential new customers and existing customers in coordination with the other business units, especially Business Development and Project Management.
- Determining and analyzing offer parameters and conditions, preparing presentations as a basis for decisions.
- Creating, updating, and optimizing comprehensive and accurate proposals that reflect Clariness and client needs while also staying on top of the Request For Information (RFI) and the Request For Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Designing creative and winning project strategies to support our clients’ clinical research.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in healthcare-related field.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contracts, pricing, and financial accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured way.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
