Fairy Tale Proposals is a leading proposal planning company creating unforgettable, bespoke experiences for clients across London, Singapore, and Sydney. From private rooftop proposals to exclusive hotel collaborations, we bring dream moments to life, and we’re growing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning meaningful experiences, managing multiple projects, and delivering exceptional service under pressure. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing bespoke marriage proposals from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about planning and decor styling. This is a full-time hybrid role; availability on Saturdays and evenings is essential, as this is our busiest event time.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Planner / Event Planner in the London Area, United Kingdom, with options for partial remote work. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating engagement proposals and other events
  • Executing proposal decor
  • Managing budgets
  • Collaborating with clients to develop personalized experiences
  • Maintaining seamless communication with vendors
  • Managing event logistics to ensure flawless execution
  • Business development activities to grow client opportunities

Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience handling event logistics and working under tight deadlines.
  • Client management and sales skills to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose compelling event solutions.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Previous experience in event or proposal styling / decorating is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site and remote work as needed.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car is desirable
