We are looking for a Proposal Specialist
Role is remote from the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of proposals, including writing, editing, and reviewing content to ensure a compelling and high-quality submission.
- Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI requirements to guarantee compliance with client specifications.
- Create structured proposal outlines and templates, managing all document workflows efficiently.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect technical data and content necessary for proposals.
- Develop and manage proposal schedules, setting milestones and ensuring timely submission.
- Tailor proposals to emphasize the company’s strengths and align with client-specific needs.
- Review and format content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement quality control measures to meet both organizational and client standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
- Provide the business development team with insights on proposal progress and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collect feedback on submitted proposals to identify strengths and areas needing enhancement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine proposal strategies and stay informed about industry trends.
- Incorporate the use of AI to increase efficiencies and enhance bid quality.

About You
- Experience writing compelling, persuasive RFPs and proposals
- Business-level English, both written and oral
- Advanced document and presentation tool skills (Google Workspace preferred)
- Experience with content library platforms
- Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience working in recruitment industry is a plus
- Creating and formatting graphical content, presentations to enhance visual impact
- Good with working toward tight deadlines
