Join Our Team as a Proposals and Contracts Process Lead

About This Role

As part of our team you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Proposals & Contracts Process Lead is responsible for developing and leading TFS's global proposals and contracts capability across Clinical Development Services. This role combines capability ownership, governance, process excellence, training, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
  • Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
  • Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment.
  • Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors.
  • Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with experience working across global teams.
