Proposals Executive

Role in this prestigious law firm. London-based with hybrid working.

This reputable full-service law firm is growing its BD function and is looking for a new Proposals Executive following a promotion within the team.

You will work closely with the proposals lead and support firm-wide transactional RFPs, particularly in the corporate group.

  • Support the proposals lead to encourage bid best practices across the BD&M team
  • Maintain the bids library to improve pitch messaging
  • Assist with panel RFP responses
  • Develop tailored central content and messaging for bid templates such as DEI / CSR messaging

Ideally, candidates will have experience of working in a law firm, or a similar Partnership environment. The firm is looking for someone who ideally has experience working on pitches or someone with credible BD experience, looking to make the transition.
