Marketing & Administration Coordinator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Marketing & Administration Coordinator to support our marketing and business development activity, as well as the smooth running of the office.
You’ll help keep client records, meetings, events and day-to-day administration on track. The role also provides practical HR and office support, helping the team stay organised and giving the Marketing Manager more time to focus on client relationships, strategic initiatives and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Marketing and business development support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contact databases.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries and follow-up actions.
- Assist with organising events, client engagement activities and business development materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and business development function.
- Help coordinate travel and event arrangements.

Office support
- Support the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, meeting spaces and general administration.
- Welcome visitors and help coordinate office and team arrangements.
- Keep shared records and administrative processes organised.
HR support
- Assist with routine HR administration, such as maintaining employee records and organising documentation.
- Help coordinate onboarding arrangements and staff communications.
- Provide practical support with scheduling interviews, meetings and training.

About you
- Highly organised, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Careful and accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who can work well with colleagues, clients and visitors.
- Comfortable maintaining databases and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
- Experience in marketing, office administration or HR support would be useful.
Hours
Full-time or part-time hours will be considered, depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.
