We're partnering with a leading global organisation within the insurance and financial services sector to recruit an experienced Proposition & Marketing Specialist on a 6-month contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an international Marketing & Communications team and play a key role in shaping how the business communicates its expertise, value proposition and client outcomes across global markets.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and marketing colleagues, you will develop compelling narratives, thought leadership content, case studies and sales enablement materials that bring the organisation's capabilities to life and support business growth.
The Role
As Proposition & Marketing Specialist, you'll help define and strengthen market-facing propositions, creating engaging content that clearly demonstrates the value delivered to clients and partners.

This is a hands-on position that combines strategic thinking, proposition development, storytelling and content creation, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine targeted propositions and key messaging across the business.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and communicate key differentiators.
- Create clear, compelling and audience-focused messaging across multiple channels.
- Produce case studies, articles and marketing content that showcase client outcomes and business expertise.
- Translate complex technical information into engaging and accessible content.
- Develop thought leadership content focused on industry trends, emerging risks and market developments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Claims, Distribution, Underwriting and Marketing functions.
- Create presentations, sales collateral and marketing materials to support broker and client engagement.
- Develop content and tools that enable colleagues to effectively communicate business capabilities and value propositions.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in proposition development, content marketing and/or sales enablement.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical information into engaging content.
- Experience producing a wide range of marketing and communications assets.
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience interviewing subject matter experts and translating specialist knowledge into market-facing content.
- Previous experience within insurance, financial services or professional services.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing environments.
