Join the RAC as a Proposition Manager and help shape the products, services and experiences that drive growth across our Consumer Roadside business.

Working within our Acquisition & Proposition team, you'll take ownership of proposition performance, using customer insight, commercial data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, shape solutions and deliver meaningful improvements for both our customers and the business.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the centre of proposition development. Working closely with Insight teams, stakeholders and delivery functions, you'll turn opportunities into action, creating clear plans, business cases and proposition briefs that bring ideas to life and deliver measurable results. We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a delivery-focused mindset. You'll enjoy taking ownership, influencing stakeholders and driving activity through to completion in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and results matter.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimise RAC's acquisition propositions to improve conversion, customer attachment and overall customer value
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data, market intelligence and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Translate insight and opportunities into compelling proposition improvements that deliver commercial and customer outcomes
  • Build robust business cases, forecasts and recommendations to support investment and delivery decisions
  • Develop clear proposition briefs that enable Digital, Marketing and Sales teams to execute effectively
  • Prioritise proposition activity based on customer needs, commercial performance and strategic objectives
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through to implementation and performance measurement
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business functions to secure alignment, momentum and delivery
  • Monitor proposition performance and continually identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes
  • Support quarterly proposition roadmaps and go-to-market activity across the Consumer Roadside business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
