Advice Proposition Manager - Regulatory & Process Change
Swindon (hybrid, 2-3 days on site) | Permanent | £95,000
A large UK financial advice business is about to start delivering a major change programme across its adviser network. The board has approved implementation, and they're building a permanent team to turn it into practical change for advisers on the ground.
The role

- Work with the programme team to shape supporting systems, adviser communications, and contractual changes.
- Lead the rollout to advisers: explain what is changing and why, and help them adopt it.
- After the first 6-9 months, travel to the regions as the rollout widens.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on advice experience. Ideally, you're a former adviser who has moved into proposition, process, or regulatory work.
- A background in wealth, mortgages, or platforms.
- Experience on large delivery or change programmes in a sizeable financial services firm.
- Regulatory knowledge you have actually applied, including FCA-facing work if possible.
- The credibility to stand in front of advisers and be taken seriously.

- Permanent role, with several hires planned.
- Based in Swindon, 2-3 days a week.
