About the Role
As a PROS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing and supporting solutions on the PROS Smart CPQ platform, helping to deliver fast, accurate and scalable configure-price-quote capabilities across our sales processes. Working within a cross-functional Agile squad alongside D365 Developers, Functional Consultants, Architects, QA Engineers and integration specialists, you will translate business and functional requirements into robust PROS solutions. You will have a particular focus on the boundary between PROS Smart CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, ensuring end-to-end Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order journeys are reliable, maintainable and aligned to architectural standards. The role will work with, rather than duplicate, shared integration capabilities and reusable enterprise integration patterns.

As the PROS Developer, you'll be responsible for:
- Design, configure, develop and enhance solutions within PROS Smart CPQ.
- Develop and maintain integrations between PROS Smart CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Work with APIs, integration services and event-based patterns to move customer, product, pricing, opportunity and quote data reliably between platforms.
- Produce maintainable, supportable and well-documented configurations and code.
- Design with operational support in mind, including meaningful logging, monitoring, error handling, correlation and diagnostics across PROS-to-D365 business journeys.
- Investigate and resolve PROS platform, configuration, integration and quoting issues
We'd love you to have:
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring or developing enterprise CPQ solutions, ideally PROS Smart CPQ.
- Strong understanding of configure-price-quote concepts including product catalogues, configuration rules, pricing, quoting, approvals and document generation.
- Experience extending or integrating SaaS business applications using APIs and supported platform extension mechanisms.
- Experience with web technologies and scripting used to extend or integrate enterprise applications, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating CPQ with CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is strongly desirable.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and contributing to sprint planning, refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
